it is really cold now in Bend
... i am in awe of the Lord and His plans for me. How things are already worked out ahead of us(me) if only we would just sit back and get out of His way and let Him guide our footsteps and light the path He has set before us! I went to womens biblestudy yesterday morning at TFAB, our new church, The Fellowship! It was hosted at Sharon's home (my new sweet friend!). The kids were welcomed and played upstairs(supervised of course) in her sons huge play room while the women were downstairs. We are going to take 8 weeks to study the Sermon of the Mount, better known as "the Beatitudes". Is a bible study but also a sweet time of discussion in a warm living room full of gals who truly love and seek after the Lord. "What has He said?" is our topic of the study... so, What has He said? What are HIS guidelines for us as His children? Not rules out of meanness or harshness, but guidelines to protect us and lead us to eternal life with Him, to help us to avoid the harm in this world. What has He said? Do you know?
